Why should I belong to a Nanny Association/Union?

Savernake Nannies host a Nanny group called The Nanny Café. We recently ran a poll asking Nannies which, if any, membership associations they belong to and we were disappointed to discover that the majority have not taken out membership of the associations available to them and this is the reason for writing this blog.
