Savernake Nannies can only register Nannies over 18yrs of age and with at least 1 years childcare experience. This is to adhere to agency insurance
At the interview we expect all nannies to bring original documents and photocopies to be placed in Savernake Nannies files

Paediatric first aid certificate: less than 3 yrs old
Relevant childcare certificates
Photo ID: Passport or driving licence
ID: Birth certificate /driving licence/passport
Proof of address: Current utility bill/bank statement less than 3 months old
C.V: As an agency we do not accept CV's containing personal data
Details of two referees: At least one must be your current / previous employer
Nanny insurance : This is currently not a legal requirement, so as an agency we can only advise you have it
Please remember to check all your documents are in date.
Nannies are not fully registered with Savernake Nannies until they have provided proof of all of the above and have
been personally interviewed.
Savernake Nannies do not forward any nannies for a position until they are fully registered
All nannies receive an information welcome pack at their registration interview
We will only collect your personal information for the purposes of introducing clients to child carers. We will ensure that any information obtained from you is treated as Private and Confidential by us to arrange or manage your childcare placement. Any information collected by Savernake Nannies will be stored securely and treated as confidential. Details of clients and nannies will not be used for any purpose other than the one specified, and will not be sold or released to any mailing list or any other interested party. Details will be kept for as long as deemed necessary. Savernake Nannies are registered with ICO complying with GDPR. Registration ref: ZA238183
